Property was amazing and contacted us to verify details prior to arrival, which made the stay great. Matt was wonderful and made the check in smooth. Was very close to the train station and the shuttle to the local airport was great to have availible.

Sangat Baik Convenient location close to station. Also very spacious room, many varieties for breakfast and nice view of the city. The elevator is fast but closes so quickly, can be a safety hazard. There was also some peeling om the walls. But overall the stay was nice.

It’s a good place to stay. But theres a lot of loud noises and the walls are a bit too thin. The ducts are also very dusty. It’s very close to a station though which is nice and is still a nice place in general.

I enjoyed my stay. I booked a double-single bedroom. The room is spacious compare to other Japanese hotels. It's slightly older but clean. Breakfast has many options. Most of all, the staffs are very welcoming and they even helped me with directions. I recommend it.

Staff was very helpful, property was well kept and clean, and breakfast was nice.
We were told there would be a shuttle from the airport but when we called once we landed, we were told the shuttle was not available for us.
The room lights were all or nothing, all on or all off and not adjustable. It made it difficult for one person to sleep while the other read.

Luar Biasa いつも空いていれば泊まりたいホテルです。スタッフさんもとてもきびきびと感じ良くて、ずいぶん前から泉佐野で一番のホテルと思ってきました。その印象は変わりませんのでそのままで頑張っていただきたいです！
アジアの方や団体さんが多くなっていてますがそれでもここはとても良いと思っています。今回は風邪気味で暖房が入れたかったのですがフロントの方に尋ねたら、マスターのおおもとの運転が冷房になっていて、切り替えがお部屋ではできず、寒かったのですが、個人的なことですし、と、ツインのシングルユースのお部屋だったのでベッドの上かけ布団を二つ重ねてぐっすり寝られました。お水のペットボトルがいただけるのも、買えばよいとはいえ、気持ちがアップするサービスと思いますし、すぐ使えて助かります。
