Breakfast was fantastic, and the staff even better. Always enjoy my stay, and only wish that it was longer. See you again soon..

Don't sleep in ot you'll miss thr free breakfast the hours are 06:30 to 09:00. Right outside the JR east exit. We enjoyed the beer festival and shopping.

I like to stay at Toyoko. However, I desire the change of the breakfast menu items. The salad for example, can you include lettuce with italian dressing or Japanese? Slices of Japanese fish sausages or ham?

We truly enjoyed our stay! The customer service was excellent, and the place itself was exceptional-clean, comfortable, and welcoming. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Sasebo. Thank you so much!

Location

I like this place. The room is much bigger than most of the hotels near by. It's also by the train station. A few things I didn't like is upon check-in, the attendant was asking me to take a photo of my military ID which I told him it was illegal and I already provided my state photo driver's license. He kept on pressing and even tried to explain to me that he'll block off some data with post-it notes. I've stayed at other hotels before and they have accepted my state issued license. That's why I was confused. After a couple of minutes going back and forth I told him I live in Sasebo and don't carry passport with me everyday. Then I proceeded to the kiosk to check-in and it does ask for passport, but it gives an option to skip. Going back to the room-- the slippers provided in the room was not new or the disposable.

Courteous and friendly staff. Great breakfast!

Location

Quick check-in, clean room, quiet, steps to the train station and shopping with an excellent, free buffet breakfast. I'll stay here again.
