Rooms were clean and well presented (although personally as two girls could’ve done with a full length mirror). Reception was clean and the man working was amazing. Truly made the experience he was so lovely and friendly and definitely makes us want to return. Rooms are on the smaller size but a great base for exploring and can’t fault with the price at all. Would definitely recommend

The location is great. The stuff were nice. The quality of the Hotel doesn’t worth the price I paid

No fue el mejor trato al momento del desayuno
No cambiaron las toallas toda nuestra estadía
Fuimos en verano y no tenían aire acondicionado
Cuartos pequeños y no cómodos
La locación muy buena pero la relación precio calidad no estaba bien. Muy caro para el hotel que es.

terrible, room is NOT what it appears in pictures. staff was super creepy and felt unsafe the duration of the stay. man in the front kept saying he was watching us on cameras and that we were slamming doors. we just went down to collect our food order. another guest told us "good luck". the lights also don’t stay on in the hallway, making it difficult to get to and into rooms. its a physical key in knob situation. would not recommend!

I booked this about a month before our trip as it was a great price, but then noticed some not so positive reviews. However, I think this are completely unfair.
This is a budget hotel in a FANTASTIC area of London. Safe and convenient, you don’t even need to leave to have a good time. And if you want to go to central you and Queensway and Bayswater to get you there - amazing!
There isn’t anything in way of amenities except for soaps in the room. But we only needed somewhere to sleep at night and this was perfect.
My only negatives were no AC or fans during the heat wave 😅 the mattress was extremely hard, however we ended up sleeping really well. There could also be a smell from the bathroom in the evening, but just seemed to be a sitting water smell.
Staff were all friendly and rooms were tidied every morning. Very happy with this stay and would recommend if you’re looking for an affordable/convenient place in London.

Room had a very strong chemical smell, especially in the bathroom. As for staff they were very friendly, but we were told that there would be no housekeeping. However, the cleaning staff came three times to knock at our door before 11am during our stay. I asked twice to not have my room serviced (no ‘do not disturb’ handle), but they came anyway. Not having a safe in the room, I wasn’t very comfortable with having a stranger in my room during my stay.

I didn’t feel comfortable staying in here the entire time. The room was barely acceptable, given the price. However, I suspect they didn’t change the pillow sheet, because it stank terribly. The staff were a bit reluctant to my requests.
The hotel lacked air conditioning, one could easily tell the room stank. If I were to choose again, I would have chosen any other hotel. This one was probably the worse ever I have gotten myself into.
Please avoid at all cost. Sorry!
