Hotel opened in 2026 so the property is clean / well maintained. I would prefer a location closer to the Namba action. The breakfast was just ok. The room layout had plenty of space but not very functional. I hate to leave a lukewarm review because the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Staff was very welcoming and gave us early check in which I really appreciated since we walked 20 minutes on the sun to arrive here. The room was clean, spacious; The hotel looked clean as well. There is some very faint train noise due to the location next to the tracks but it's not really that bad; The only note I have is that there's nothing going on in the area so you have to either take a taxi or walk to the station to get to places; Otherwise excellent.

The hotel was a short walk from the trai. Station. What stood out the most was the staff. They took their time to show us the hotel roof top soda bar and emphasized it's 24 hour availability and all inclusiveness. Would definitely stay here again

This was a new facility. The room was spacious enough to allow you to open your suitcase. A large lobby with a seating area offering free coffee and cold tea.
