Clean and in a great location! The staff was so kind and helpful!

We had a wonderful stay at YOTEL Ginza. From the moment we arrived, **Keiko at the front desk** made us feel so welcome with her warm, friendly, and helpful service. She went above and beyond to arrange for our luggage to be sent to our next hotel when we were having trouble using the online forwarding platform. Her kindness and efficiency made a stressful situation incredibly easy. The rooms are definitely on the smaller side, which is typical for Tokyo, but they're thoughtfully designed and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The soap, shampoo, and conditioner are lovely, the bed is very comfortable, and we slept well every night. The location is fantastic—it's an easy walk to Ginza's shopping, restaurants, and public transit, making it the perfect base for exploring Tokyo. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend YOTEL Ginza, especially thanks to the exceptional hospitality from Keiko.

The hotel was very modern, environmentally conscious, and was in a good location for travel. Close to the train and subway stations. Centrally located in Ginza and near many ships and restaurants. Easily walkable. Check in and out were very simple. The rooms had everything you needed for a comfortable stay.

One of the best hotel we stayed in. Close to areas that you can walk to. Staff is very helpful and accommodating to our needs. Breakfast buffet was really good too. Free pajamas delivered to you room by a robot is a plus. Next to family mart!

The location was amazing and staff was very helpful! The rooms were very spacious and clean!!

The amenities were way too basic. Also, it’s unbelievable that the delivery robots occupy the elevators, making guests feel like they are in the way—this really needs to stop. On the bright side, the staff were wonderful! The hotel is also new and has a very creative vibe.

Clean room, location, great staff, great service.

Very nice and clean modern hotel. Very convenient to the subway and restaurants. Buffet breakfast was good. Only downside of the rooms are on the small side and there’s no storage at all we had to live out of our suitcases for a week
