The room design has Japanese touch (Rice paper snd wood) and was so relaxing. The room was spotless and had everything we needed. Staffs have a wonderful customer service and I loved how we could walk to Ginza and Tokyo station for some shopping. Highly recommend this place.

We enjoyed our time there. The room was a perfect size for the six of us. Clean, comfortable and cozy. We were greeted by helpful staff, offered amenities such as water, tea and coffee, and toiletries. The place is very centrally located - close to Ginza shopping, the fish market and a 7/11! Thank your for making our first trip to Tokyo great!

Clean, spacious, quiet. Bathroom was nice, likes the sauna function. Check in was easy, staff were helpful. Staff spoke English and mandarin as well as Japanese.
