Wonderful hotel and excellent service.

We had a lovely one night stay at the Candeo. Located above a shopping mall which was very handy for food and drink. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. We arrived at the hotel early and were able to leave our bags until check in time and when we came to check in they had been taken to our room. A nice touch. We stayed here to go to the local parkrun which was only a 25 minute walk away on Saturday morning. Will definitely stay again.

I loved this hotel! It was like staying in spa up high in the sky. Don’t miss the opportunity to use the public bath on the 26th floor. It has spectacular views! It is separated into men’s and women’s and is a “sento” so you don’t use a bathing suit and wash completely before soaking in the hot tub. The TV set in your room has a menu where you can check to see how busy it is before you take the elevator up. If you love the ofuro experience this is it! The shower in the guest room is also wonderful! Rooms run small so book a big one. The breakfast buffet is terrific too.

Best hotel. Amazing room. Great view. The spa was terrific with a great view too. Would only stay here in Hirakata.

The highlight of my stay was definitely the spa, which was out of this world—beautifully designed, peaceful, and the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring Osaka. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and an unforgettable experience in Osaka.

Spotless hotel excellent customer service

Such a great hotel! Many amenities to enjoy and I really recommend the spa. Breakfast was top tier! Everything was enjoyable. My favorite part was our room. The view was amazing and the staff was always so helpful. They also have a coin laundry. We made sure to use EVERYTHING to our convenience. Thank you everyone for such a wonderful stay! We will be back again.

Room was fairly big and clean. Beautiful view from your room. Hotel stay includes a Sky Spa which was an amazing and unique experience.
