Travelled as a family, room clean and confortable but a bit dated, had everything we needed, exactly what expected. Enjoyed buffet breakfast numerous varied choices. Enjoyed beach, pool and onsen. Enjoyed 15 min walk into the little town nearby, very nice groceriy. Very pleasant stay! Thank you!

Facility itself was spotless clean, staff were very attentive and helpful speaks English. Pool and Onsen are well maintained too, perfect location close to other attractions. Breakfast selection was amazing you have to try it yourself.

The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful, however they did want to upsell everyone on a bigger room. They tried with us and others I heard at check in. We were there second weekend of June, which is "off-season". This meant that the pool and 2 of the restaurants were closed. Only one restaurant and the onsens were available. This is a bummer because we booked it for the hotel because of the kids/teens. We went back and read the fine print on hotels.com and it does say it's closed. Just wish we would have seen that. They offered games to borrow so that helped to keep the kids busy. The area was also very quiet so it was hard to find a place to eat. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, but just a little outdated. The breakfast buffet included a large variety of Japanese and Western style breakfast. Everything was delicious! The onsen was a nice retreat after the day. Being next to the beach and tidepools was a plus. We did the nearby seven falls hike and that was definitely worth it. Very close to 2 different train stations and a free shuttle to the main one made travel easy.

This hotel was something else. To our surprise the rooms are two floors. Which worked out great for our family. The two restaurants in the resort are amazing. We ate dinner at the Japanese restaurant and we are still taking about how good it was. The beds were so comfortable and sleeping with the sound of the ocean was next level. Kids loved the pool and beach too. I found colorful seashells and sea glass. The breakfast was also so good and we ate outside so not only was the service great but also the view. We used the onsen and foot onsen and it was so relaxing. We hope to come back soon.

Nice beach, nice pool, close to train station and the town of Kawazu. A bit expensive, but I recommend it!

Very nice and quiet resort directly on the beach and beautiful views. Only a few minutes from the train station. Nice public bath with indoor and outdoor areas, sauna and one with bubbles. Several restaurants on site, but booking required and we only ate there once. It’s an isolated small village with almost no other restaurants (one nice ramen place, but not open every day) close, but train to other places only takes a few minutes. During the day hotel also provides shuttle to Kawazu or the more active can walk the 20 minutes. Overall would recommend this place!

年に何度か一人で利用しております。一人利用が気楽なのはホテルが一番です。今回は追加料金で６階から８階にグレードアップをフロントスタッフ様からのご提案いただき即、了承しました。ご提案嬉しかったです。オーシャンビューで８階の見事な眺望は一度体験するときっとまたリピートします。また、ベッドに厚みがあり寝心地がとてもよかったです。ブルー基調のお部屋はいつも清潔に保たれ、滞在中安心です。洗面台の水はけの遅さが少しだけ気になりますが問題ではありません。サスティナブルの取組み、グリーンコインも喜んで協力させていただいております。夕食は和食「七滝」のコースが気に入っています。朝食は和洋＆地元食材など品目充実、ご飯のお供やゼリーなど、小さい器入りなので色々味見したい方にとっては嬉しい提供方法ですね。ご飯の盛付量別マシーンには感動しました笑。食後、コーヒーテイクアウトでのガーデン散歩も毎回楽しみです。何度利用しても飽きることなく次回の予約を入れる、魅力的なホテルです。
