Unfortunately, our check-in experience was disappointing. The lady who checked us in came across as rude and unprofessional, which did not create a welcoming first impression. We were also not informed that the room provided was in a separate building with no elevator. After a long day of driving and arriving late at night, carrying luggage upstairs was difficult and frustrating. The main lounge and reception area are attractive and well-presented, but the guest rooms in the separate building felt more like a basic two-star motel than the hotel experience we expected. On the positive side, the restaurant was excellent and truly stood out during our stay. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including smoked salmon, several types of cheese, fresh fruits, and many other choices. Dinner was equally impressive, with a great selection of dishes and a wonderful atmosphere. As I prefer halal-friendly seafood options, the cod and salmon were perfect for me. The seafood soup was absolutely delicious and one of the highlights of the meal. Overall, the accommodation and service at check-in were disappointing, but the restaurant, food quality, and dining atmosphere helped make the stay more enjoyable.

The staff were helpful in switching out the rooms which we were given earlier and understood the situation, they also matched the exact invoice statement we got through expedia. We enjoyed the hot tubs and the pool and also both the restaurants at the location (italian and bistro) had good food - though we preferred the Italian. Rooms were a bit smaller than we expected but

Very outdated, small bathroom, toilet didn't flush properly, not enough accessible base plugs to charge phones (had to plug into extension cord that already had fridge and microwave), no air conditioning and fan provided had short in cord ie. moved it and it stopped working. Had to wedge peice of cardboard in dresser drawer to keep it shut. Paint peeling on window sills ( looked moldy). All hanging baskets looked next thing to dead. Rotten wood on exterior of buildings. No continental breakfast.

frontdesk not helpful at all!! The laundry machine only takes canadian dollar coins and there is no exchange service in the hotel!! Bathroom is extremely small and inconvenient. I will never ever book this hotel again.

The location is great but our room did not have an AC so it is hard to sleep at night.

We had a lovely couple of nights here in one of the Summit Delux two queen suite. The weather was a bit unpredictable but the place was cosy and we had a lovely evening in the gazebo eating smores. Would recommend.

The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Staff were welcoming and helpful. The Legends restaurant served a delicious dinner

Great location, clean room, friendly staff and excellent restaurants. Only complaint was room was very small for the price.
