The Post was amazing!! We had the family suite and it was amazing with great views. The best part though is the staff, everyone was so nice and helpful! Our tweens even wanted something for a snack and the front desk sent a microwave to the room for them!! The restaurant was amazing as well and the comp shuttle to lake Louise was so helpful!

We splurged to stay at this property and it didn’t disappoint.
Top service, comfy beds and robes, turndown service, free shuttle to Lake Louise, easy /scenic walk to Lake Louise village.
The only negatives were no fridge in the room and not a lot of space to put things (eg second suitcase).

The shuttle service to Lake Louise was key. The rooms are a bit dated & there wasn’t a mini fridge or many dining options. We tried to eat at the pub, but after sitting at the bar for over 10 minutes (there were five other customers) we never got waited on, so left & went to this diner-like place in the shopping plaza next door to eat. All the other employees at the property were extremely curteous & helpful, though.

Everything about this property was fantastic. Food was great, room was clean. Very impressed and would definitely return.

Exceptional staff and very comfortable hotel with 4 dining options, indoor pool & spa. This is my choice for accommodations in Lake Louise. They have shuttle service to both Lake Louise and Moraine Lake as you cannot drive to either destination.

Pour le prix, l'hôtel n'offre pas une service à la clientèle à la hauteur. Nous avons été beaucoup mieux reçu à des endroits moins guindé ou moins sofistiqué. De plus, bien que la chambre offre un cerrtain charme, malgré le fait que se soit vieillot, le bruit du train qui passe régulièrement la nuit nous a dérangé. En bref, je ne crois pas que payer aussi cher apporte une expérience qui en vaille la peine.
