The hotel is located close to the train station with regular and great value trains straight into Venice. Our room overlooked the train station but this did not affect our stay. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful, assisting swiftly with any requests. The room was clean and well presented with a useful small kitchen area. Only 2 niggles - the bed was very firm and the room door needed to slammed to ensure it was shut. A decent breakfast room but it would really benefit from a proper bar area and an outdoor seating area. Trying to get a cup of English breakfast tea seemed like Mission Impossible at local bars or coffee shops but the helpful reception staff understood our simple needs and seemed to have an endless free supply. Based on price, location, standards and the staff I would return and recommend Staycity.

The staff were excellent at resolving issues. Units are clean and well stocked. Location is excellent for easy access to Venice and other cities. Quiet, comfortable beds and good shower. Large grocery store nearby as well as restaurants and bars. Only suggestion - have a supply of Mestre tourist maps for clients (yes there is one). We were surprised by the Mestre historic centre with a pleasant shopping area.

We had a beautiful stay and staycity during our honeymoon in Venice. The hotel is really clean and beautiful and so are the staff. Recommend this hotel 100 percent.

Convenient location near mestre station with a quick journey into Venice. The apartment was a decent size and was well stocked. The climate control was decent as well The gyn was pretty subpar and could do with having some free weights (there were none) Did not try their breakfast so cannot comment. For the price, they should offer room service even if it is on alternate days. The staff were quite friendly and helpful though

Excellent location with walking distance to the train station. There is a small kitchen with utensils in the room which is super useful. Room is rather clean and quiet, seldom I can hear the train into the station but no big deal. Only issue is the AC can’t be turned off so you can feel the fan blowing your head throughout the night.

I love the kitchenette and all the utensils provided. Quite spacious with a small table and two chairs. The room and the bathroom are very clean. Very close to a huge grocery store. Staff are nice and able to answer the questions. The only minor thing is the curtains, a bit dusty.

The property and the staff were spot on for an easy visit to Venice, Italy. The trains (3 euro a day onto the island city) and airport buses (20 euro round trip) you’d want for any day trips are a seven minute walk. Small shops and restaurants between for any needs on your way in or out each day. Rose, one of the hotels day staff, was amazingly helpful with checking in and understanding the Tourism fee app that you’ll need to work out on day one. Never had any better support in all my Traveling life. This hotel is perfect for getting from and to Marco Polo Airport and so simple to base from during the three to 5 days you’ll want to visit Venice. Reasonable pricing as well! 6 stars out of 5 for us!
