My main issue was cleanliness. I know this is a budget hostel, but cleanliness should still be the management’s priority still despite how much people are paying. Many spots were dusty, windows had marks, the beddings looked it wasn’t washed really well, the bathroom drain had hairs. Other issues were: There were also other issues like the bedsheet were so worn it had holes. There was only 2 lifts servicing all the floors. So at around checkout time, it was so packed that people with luggages and buggies were just using the stairs from even the 8th floor. The lounge chairs in the lobby and outside were also looking very worn. I regret not taking pictures as proof. The pros: Location. It was near mestre train and bus station, restaurants and a large grocery. The staff at the reception were also friendly. Would never stay again.

The hotel doesn’t provide the luggage storage service although they mentioned it in the description once on site they will tell you all the space they have is full and they only provide it to check in guest a little heads up if would have been useful It’s very unusual especially for a checkout resulted at 10Am !!!

We used it for a one night stopover. Close to the train station and very good late check in.. nearly 2am because of our flight time landing after midnight. We had called a few days ahead to advise our late arrival… recommend you do this in case they give your room away. Not so easy to find late check in on a budget in the area. We had our own room which was clean and a good size. It’s a big place but felt good and safe. Optional breakfast was basic and not the nicest room to start the day, but good value and good for budget vs. being fed and ready to go for the day. We would stay there again.

Check in clerk told us that we can store our luggage after check out if there's a space available in the luggage room. When we checked out the other clerk did not allow us to do so and spoke very rudely to us!! We had to debate back and forth until she finally graced us with her approval. The best thing about this hotel is its proximity to public transport otherwise overcrowded and complete mayham inside.
