The staff, location and views could nit be better however the tide can impact arrivals so be prepared to be shuttles by a dinghy at times of extreme low tide. Not a big deal overall but a consideration nonetheless. The property is on the side of a mountain providing unequivocal views and breezes but with theses benefits come plenty of stairs and some uphill to rooms but a vehicle is available to shuttle guests so problem conquered. An amazing place overall. Would return tomorrow!

Beautiful surroundings. Not convenient if you have difficulty climbing. There are buggies but still for many of the rooms there are several steps. Maybe you can confirm that the room is at the lrvel that the buggy takes you. Very modern, beautiful design, well kept rooms and facilities. Nice breakfast and helpful staff

Excellent spacious contemporary room with an amazing view. The staff were the best I have experienced in over 35 years of Travel. A special thank you to Chef Umed, Tor, Ex Jasmin, Joy, Palm, Noey, Tika, Jack, Chaba, Ka, Nick, Nana and every other staff member at Centara Villas for making our stay more than amazing. You all, are very special and we will be back.

Do not stay here, the place is unfinished and the staff whilst helpful are untrained. The ‘beach’ is a strip of sand behind concrete blocks. The sea and surrounding areas are very dirty and lots of rubbish. At one end there is tones of rubbish piled up, the other end there is a huge rusty barge that has pumps and welders on all day. The resort is on a very steep hillside and the only way to get up to room is by buggy which never arrives when you order it. Ordered beers in both the pool bar and restaurant but both were warm so had to get a bucket of ice to put the expensive can into. Food at pool bar was bad - we complained but they still made us pay for it. Pool is boiling- like getting in to a bath, there are a few sun beds but no umbrellas so no shade! The breakfast is ok but mostly cold -although the ‘Head Chef) is fussing around front of house and not in the kitchen where he should be. Room was good with great view ( as we were so high up the hill).

The front desk is open daily from 6:00 AM - 11:00 PM. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Information provided by the property may be translated using automated translation tools. This property is accessible via speedboat or public ferry (fees apply). Ferry transfer options: Guests are responsible for their own transportation to the designated pier at least 30-45 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. Ferry transfers from Rassada Pier in Phuket are available at 8:30 AM with arrival at Tonsai Pier at 10:30 AM, and at 1:45 PM with arrival at Tonsai Pier at 3:45 PM. From Tonsai Pier, guests board a shared longtail boat ride to the property (30-minutes duration). The one-way ferry transfer fee from Phuket is THB 1350 per guest aged 12 and older, and THB 1250 per child aged 4-11. Ferry transfers from Klong Jilad Pier in Krabi are available at 9 AM with arrival at Tonsai Pier at 11 AM, and at 1:30 PM with arrival time at Tonsai Pier at 3:30 PM. From Tonsai Pier, guests will board a shared longtail boat ride to the property (30-minutes duration). The one-way ferry transfer fee from Krabi is THB 1100 per guest aged 12 and older, and THB 900 per child aged 4-11.
