Super dirty, toilets don’t flush unless you hold the handle for like 60 seconds, rooms smell like poop and cigarettes, cockroaches everywhere. Woke up to a roach on top of me!! Worse than any hostel I’ve ever been to. Location is the only plus. DO NOT stay here.

The rooms are very outdated. Our shower didn’t work. Our toilet didn’t work. Customer service was super rude in the front desk.

The room served its purpose. Was ok for a two night stay. We wish the washroom (toilet) was cleaner.

Great location. The pool area is unreal. Only downside i would say is the rooms need updating. Shower also was cold. Other than that great place

The property is definitely very outdated. No elevators within the property, but it’s only 3 stories tall. The rooms are dingy. We had a frustrating incident when we found mold on the box spring cover and the staff had to be told repeatedly to change it. The shower door is unreliable, so expect the entire bathroom to be flooded afterwards. The water pressure is so bipolar, as is the water temperature. Our first night there, we showered with cool water. Overall, you get what you pay for, especially in the side of town closest to port and the center of the island. You’re basically paying just for the convenience and location. But hospitality and cleanliness are very subpar. So, good luck!

Rooms very dated, roof leaked during rain, some lights didn’t work, shower door stuck open, shower didn’t drain properly, variable water pressure and temperature.

Ferry Schedule From Mainland: From Phuket to Ko Phi Phi (departing from Rasada Pier) - 8:30 AM, 11 AM, 11:30 AM, 1:30 PM, and 3 PM. From Krabi to Ko Phi Phi (departing from Klong Ji-Lard Pier) - 9 AM, 10:30 AM, 1:30 PM, and 3 PM. Guests must arrive at the pier at least 1 hour prior to departure as schedule may change based on weather conditions. Guests who arrive at Phuket or Krabi airport after 12 PM (noon) will have to stay on the mainland and board the morning ferry to Ko Phi Phi.
