The hotel looked amazing as you arrived and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. We were checked in quickly and they helped us to our rooms. Unfortunately one of the pools was being repaired but we had no issues getting past it. The breakfast was great with a good selection of Vietnamese and European dishes.
The one point they are lacking is beach access. There is access via a set of very dangerous and slippery steps which should be fixed as they are a hazard waiting for someone to fall over.
This was not enough to warrant reducing the overall score of the resort. Great job guys we loved the resort.

Jó Breakfast was not good. Beach is terrible. Staff walking around smoking. Front desk was great and the room was clean every day.

No straight access to the beach within property lines. Surrounding beach access road fulled of garbage.
Staff is excellent but my rating of 2 stars is that they do not know how to reign on rowdy guests. My last night there were several groups of ten gathering to play card, play music, etc.. until 2pm. Did not expect such bad behavior of guests of 5-star hotel,

Everything looks exactly like what’s in the pictures. It is a bit pricey but it is definitely worth the stay!
