Nice clean hotel. Great room with big bed and plenty of space. Decent location.

The facility is amazing and located to many local popular attractions. My family of 4 loved that we were close to transit, restaurants, and felt safe taking walks at night, which we did often. Our room was large, clean, and updated. The front desk staff were very helpful and the buffet breakfast staff we SO friendly and very efficient😊 We gave our stay a score of 10 out of 10, again it was AMAZING!

Only one request: we can get the water for our plastic bottles. I don't know why no plastic bottles are not allowed.

Good sized room for 3 people. Spacious bathroom as well. Everything was clean as expected. Great location to not be too busy but have easy access to train or bus to the main areas. Enjoyed the public bath as well. Very easy walk to Kyoto station. Staff was very helpful.

This hotel was excellent for our family of three during our 4 night stay in Kyoto. The room was clean, modern and well-sized. We were able to get a third single bed in addition to a King sized bed which was amazing. There was an onsen on the lower level of the hotel which we ended up loving and using a lot! The hotel was about a 10-12 minute walk to Kyoto station which was great and a 3 minute walk on a major bus line that took us to the Gion district and beyond, which was very convenient. There was a couple of Family Mart's very nearby (one right next door) which made it easy for picking up snacks and breakfasts when needed. The staff was friendly and check-in/check-out were super easy. Laundry services were available with complimentary detergent which was great. All in all, a fabulous stay at the Chisun Premium hotel in Kyoto. Would definitely stay again if given the chance.

The hotel is great and the staff was super helpful, we were able to send our luggage to the next hotel with no issues, when we arrived they had already received our luggage and put it in our room, really quiet area with laundry services and even one really close across the street. Super close to team labs and walking distance to station to go for 20 mins to Nintendo Musseum

Great location near train station and restaurant. Also close to catch buses. Rooms are large and clean. Great sitting area down by the onsen.
