Good location. Valentine and Fabian are friendly, helpful, and amazing. Unfortunately, there is a big gap between the fronk desk's notes/requests and the service of cleaning staff. For example, we did not want the cleaning service during our stay, but cleaning staff entered our room and cleaned it regardlessly. Also, we were told by the fronk desk thar there would be something in our room on the second day of our stay for our milestone wedding anniversary, but nothing ever happened. Instead, the magazine (i.e., Miami Guidelines) which was originally there on the table upon our arrival was gone after the cleaning we did not request. This action surprised us although the magazine actually belongs to the hotel. As for any four-star hotel even a two-star or a one-star hotel, it is very rare to ignore guests' requests this way, but this has made this hotel unique to us during our stay in Miami. We have forgotten most hotels where we have stayed at before, but we think we may remember Elser because of its uniquness and this special treatment.
