Fantasztikus The room was so clean, I assume it was also spacious by Tokyo standards. First time in a long time that the King sized bed actually matched the description. Totally welcoming and inclusive to us, a gay couple. Super centrally located: we walked everywhere. Across the street from a 7/11, 10 minute walk to the train station.
I will say, if you don’t know, Kabuchiko where this is located (technically distinct from Shinjuku proper) is the Red Light District. Arrived late at night and found out that there is a lot of sexual soliciting in front of the hotel. This area is busy during the day and night, but the tone changes a lot.
Hotel staff was kind and polite, they cleaned the room everyday. Amazing view from our room.

Don’t book the deluxe, they are quite small and all face the railway. Just book the Premier suites the price gap is not a lot and the difference for the room is significant: city view (amazing) larger room and real bathroom.

Great hotel. Airport Coach bus is right at the door which makes it easy to avoid a crazy Shinjuku station on arrival or departure day.

This was a lovely hotel. They had all the amenities you’ll need. It’s close to shops, rail travel and food-100% recommend.
