Wonderful staff and very accommodating. Luggage storage was free which helped us out tremendously when we had to burn time before our flight.

There was a great happy hour provided was very welcoming and awesome lobby. Breakfast was so cute and was a nice jump start for everyone to meet up before the day adventurers. Great area with lots of restaurants nearby. Staff was helpful. First time in Tokyo. Rooms were small but adequate. For Tokyo prices I thought we got a great deal for the amenities My family had a great time. Will definitely stay again.

Based on the great reviews I read, I decided to book this hotel and instantly regretted it. I’m from NYC and travel frequently with my partner. We don’t always need something glamorous, but cleanliness is non-negotiable. The moment I walked in, I thought, “Okay… this is fine.” But when we entered the room, it smelled musty and the carpet looked unclean, I immediately felt misled. I was genuinely disappointed and, although I hated losing the money, I had to check out. The counters in the lobby area were dirty; the elevators and walls were banged up and scratched .... very dated.  We’ve stayed in many hotels in Japan, and this one did not meet expectations. If cleanliness is important to you, I would recommend staying elsewhere. YOTEL Ginza is the same price and was much cleaner and more pleasant. When I checked out, the front desk staff were polite but very busy and overwhelmed. They didn’t ask why I was leaving early and instead later called to say the booking was non-refundable and asked if I was checking out soon. Since it wasn’t refundable, I wasn’t sure why the rush to get me out. When I went back downstairs, it was clear how busy they were, and I understand they likely wanted to turn the room over quickly..but overall, the experience was very unpleasant.

Great location and staff

Wonderful hotel for a 5 night stay in Tokyo

Good location, clean hotel however the room was a little small it was really difficult to fit the suitcases in the room for a 3 bed room.

Location is good. Staff is helpful.
