Összességében csodálatos élményben volt részem a Fly Cruise Milford Sound utazás során. A személyzet fantasztikus munkát végzett a felvételi időpont és helyszín kommunikálásában. Még fel is hívtak közvetlenül azután, hogy leszálltam Queenstownban, hogy megbizonyosodjanak arról, el tudok-e jutni. Mindannyian nagyon kedvesek voltak, és a pilóta (Andrew) egy igazi sztár. A repülés során elmagyarázta az összes érdekes látnivalót, és tájékoztatott minket az időjárásról. Biztonságban éreztem magam vele repülve. A Milford Sound hajóút egyszerűen varázslatos volt. Úgy éreztem, mintha egy másik világba csöppentem volna abban a pillanatban, amikor leszálltunk Milfordban. A táj maga a tökéletesség, és minden 4K-s felbontásúnak tűnik. Olyan gyönyörű hely, és alig várom, hogy újra eljöhessek. Összességében nagyon pozitív élményben volt részem az egész út során, és ajánlanám a Fly Cruise élményt azoknak, akiknek kevés idejük van. Csak egy javaslat: talán kisebb hajóval történő hajóútra is kínálhatnának csomagot.

first time at doubtful sound. it was a very different experience as milford sound but still interesting to see. Beware of sandflies though.

Alan was a personable and engaging guide throughout the entirety of trip!! Definitely recommend this tour led by him if you had to opportunity to come by NZ!

This is really my honest review! I book the trip with my mom. The tour with altitude team is truly amazing, the timeliness, the car is clean and they even provide blanket for all of us. But the star of this journey is Andy! our tour guide+driver, he is so kind and helpful, He even always made sure all of his clients were doing well, and whenever we needed a restroom break, he was very attentive. You could truly see that he loves his job and is passionate about explaining everything throughout the journey. I would definitely choose this tour again for my next trip maybe to mt cook. See you again, Andy & altitude team 😄

I highly recommend this trip for anyone visiting Queenstown. A very long but comfortable ride. Made stops to some really picturesque spots before doing the cruise. Lastly, our bus driver Adrian was really nice.

Real value for money trip. Cal was great. Pick-up was on time, designated stops were well-thought of, and time allotted per stop was good. Our bus was new and had USB-type charging ports. The trip to Milford Sound was as good as the destination. We got a pie, an apple, chips, and a candy bar for lunch. Overall, really good deal. Do recommend.

I was very satisfied with this trip, and I especially loved our guide and driver, Christine (not sure if the name is correct). Guide: Christine arrived precisely at the scheduled time and location. She provided detailed explanations of each attraction and shared stories about the cities we passed through. She proactively offered to help with photos, and her driving skills were excellent, making the ride very comfortable and preventing any motion sickness. The car was stocked with many snacks like chips and energy bars, and she encouraged us to help ourselves 🧡. The music playlist was also great 👍🏿. Boat Condition: A small boat was provided, with two decks. We could choose our seats freely or stand at the bow or stern to take photos and enjoy the scenery. Hot drinks were available inside the cabin with unlimited access, and the cabin itself was clean, warm, and comfortable. Safety: Life jackets were not provided, so we had to be mindful of our own safety. Scenery on the Boat: There were 11 stops along the way. As we approached each stop, the captain would make an announcement, reminding us to get ready to photograph dolphins and other animals. We even saw rainbows along the way due to the good weather. We also got to experience the beauty of the waterfalls up close, which I loved. Itinerary: Although it was a full-day trip, the guide's arrangements for photo stops along the way, rest stops for food, and restroom breaks were excellent. On the return journey, we stopped at the same rest area, where we could also purchase souvenirs. I highly recommend this travel agency; it was a perfectly planned trip 🧡.
