Just a small suggestion: the lights in my room flickered on bright mode, so the bulb is probably broken. Please make sure to fix it!

However, I'm deducting a few points because all the products used were from mainland China, and even the technician spoke Mandarin. Other than that, everything else was great, and there was absolutely no hard selling.

The masseuse proactively communicated about the pressure and sometimes told jokes to lighten the mood. However, there was a bit of a hard sell at the end. When it was time to pay, they also briefly tried to sell a package, but I rarely go to Hong Kong Island, so I didn't consider it. They didn't seem upset, and overall, the experience was quite good.

The masseuse, Paula, was very chatty and proactively explained stretching knowledge and techniques. Other hotel staff were also polite. The executive lunch staff arranged everything perfectly. Overall, I had a great experience. This was my second visit, and it's a good choice for relaxation!
