Visiting the archaeological site of Tulum, Cobá, and finishing with the indoor cenote where we could swim in the cave was incredible. It's truly an experience not to be missed. I also want to thank Kevin, our guide, who was super kind and very funny. I really enjoyed spending the day with him and the group. Thanks also to our driver José, who transported us all day. 💙🇲🇽

Micsoda nagyszerű félnapos program! Szórakoztató és kalandos volt. Aggódtunk, hogy mindenki profi úszó lesz, de nem voltak azok, ami még jobbá tette, mert nem éreztük magunkat kívülállónak. Láttunk néhány teknőst és ráját (igaz, bébi ráják voltak, haha), és néhány klassz halat. Volt egy kötél, ami vezetett minket. De őszintén szólva, a kedvenc részem az volt, amikor a Sante földalatti részébe mentünk, mert korábban voltam már nyitott barlangokban, de ez zárva volt, ami azt jelenti, hogy egy barlangban voltunk, ami annyira klassz volt, és nagyon élveztem az úszást a barlangban. Láttunk denevéreket is, de legfeljebb egy-kettő volt, és többnyire elrejtőzve voltak, nem akartak minket zavarni, és a víz annyira tiszta volt. Meglepett, milyen tiszta volt a víz, és nagyon frissítő volt. Az idegenvezető, a sofőr és a fotós is nagyszerűen dolgoztak együtt. A végén finom empanadákat ettünk egy csodálatos habanero szósszal, ami kellemesen csípős volt. Összességében nagyon szórakoztató volt és megérte az árát!

There was an issue with the Klook listing. It stated that a buffet lunch was included, but after I booked the tickets, the details showed that the buffet lunch was not included in the price. In the end, we had to pay extra for the buffet lunch on the day of the tour, but the food provided was absolutely not worth the price the restaurant charged. It was very disappointing. The tour guide had a very strong English accent. My husband, who has lived in the United States for nearly 30 years, could only understand about half of what he said. We often couldn't tell if he was speaking English or Spanish, though we could definitely feel the guide's dedication. We departed from downtown Cancun, and it was a truly packed itinerary. We had to be at the meeting point at 4:45 AM and didn't return until around 8:30 PM. It was an exhausting day. Because Chichen Itza was unexpectedly closed that day, the guide took us to Ek Balam instead. We didn't realize we were running out of water and ended up suffering from heatstroke after about half an hour without rehydrating. The weather that day was incredibly hot, which meant we didn't have the energy to properly explore Ek Balam. All we wanted was to get back to the entrance as quickly as possible to buy water. The planning by the staff at Ek Balam wasn't great; many ruins didn't have English explanations, and there was no place to buy water inside the site, only at the entrance and the parking lot. We hadn't planned on actually swimming in the Chichikan cenote, but we were surprised that the staff even required us to pay for a life vest and locker just to dip our feet in the water. Otherwise, we weren't allowed to enter at all and could only view the cenote from the observation deck. Since the water quality inside wasn't very clean, we decided not to go in after all.
