Ez az egyik legjobb spa, amiben valaha voltam. Elég korán érkeztem (nyitáskor), és még nem volt zsúfolt. A hangulat nagyon pihentető, nyugtató. Kapsz egy spa csomagot, ami egy nagy strandtörölközőből, egy arctörlőből és egy japán köntösből áll. A jakuzzi, a gőzfürdő és az onsen medencék mind működnek. Bárcsak több időm lenne, de mindenképpen megérdemel 5 csillagot! Vissza fogok jönni.

Truly a Fun night with this organized tour! I got to also meet new friends from different countries from our tour group and we had so much fun in all the bars we visited. Jiesel is a fantastic tour guide!

Loved my stay here! Stayed in a 4-bunk dorm and the room was surprisingly spacious, with big, comfy beds. Cleanliness was top-notch—from rooms to bathrooms to hallways. Huge plus that you can request daily towel and sheet changes for free.
Staff and guards were all friendly and welcoming, and the lobby felt open and not stuffy. Never got bored with all the activities—board games, arcade, billiards, beer pong, plus free games with prizes.
Breakfast buffet is only ₱300 and totally worth it. They also have a restaurant, rooftop bar, lounge areas, Skype booth, conference room, and even an ATM in the lobby.
Only downside: elevators can be slow since there are only two serving up to the 13th floor.
Overall, great value and fun stay—would definitely come back!

This is our third time staying at Privato Makati. The staff are courteous, including security, housekeeping, front desk, and luggage assistants. Thank you for your excellent service from security and housekeeping, and everyone else on duty from May 17-19, 2026. It's also a quiet place; you can barely hear outside noise. We love the size of the bed in their Executive King room, which is perfect for a family of three. The bed is so large and very comfortable, it can even fit four people! The parking is spacious and safe. It's very affordable and even has a pool. The only slight issue during our stay was the pool; the water wasn't clean and seemed like it hadn't been cleaned yet. However, during our previous stays, the pool was fine. This is the first time we've encountered such dirty water. It would be better if they had a water filter so the water would still be clean even if it wasn't replaced. We didn't really enjoy the pool this time, but hopefully, it will be clean again next time. 😁

the room and location is really great! it has a wonderful cityline sky view. we enjoyed our stay. our room got upgraded to a 3-bedroom from my initial 2-bedroom deluxe. it was an amazing stay, the rooms are clean, the kitchen is well-equipped and the bathroom has the amenities I needed. we also love the food at the breakfast buffet and enjoyed the swimling pool

Exceptional service from start to finish!
Every staff member we encountered was genuinely friendly, professional, and anticipated our needs without us even asking. The attention to detail, from the personalized welcome to the thoughtful turndown service, made us feel incredibly valued. The facilities were magnificent, but it's the people who truly make this hotel shine. Highly, highly recommend!
