When in Boracay, it’s a must to book HOHO and island tours and activities with Southwest, very efficient, the value for money was well beyond expectations. The crew are very professional and as a tourist, you do not need to think if you need to give them a tip or not because as i can see they are well compensated. Everything was properly coordinated and they are well linked with every hotel and every destination. The lunch for the island tour was unlimited seafood buffet where you will wonder how you are going to consume all of it, well thought of.

Seamless transfer. Convenient if you are traveling with senior citizen parents and with kids. During our departure from Boracay, they arrived early on our hotel and very patient while waiting us to check-out. They also assisted with our luggages. Overall good experience and highly recommended.

Very Smooth Process, First time traveling in Boracay When you land to Airport Get your luggage Proceed to Both 5 give them your QR after that they will assist you with your luggage and a sticker with your accommodation name for them to know where you will be drop off - once arrived at the port go straight to the left side of the port they have there own booth , prepare your ID they ask you for your name and hotel or airbnb accommodation they will give you a color coded pass wait for your color to be announced and walk at the left side of the pathway going to your boat be careful as the flooring is a floating platform make sure to secure your phones and action cams very fast boat ride 10 mins or 15 mins arrived go to the outside where vans are parked ask staff from soutwest which van is designated for you they assist you then drop you off in your hotel thats it , very convenient recommended to all im a solo traveler

the process is very easy, there are a lot of employees from southwest outside the airport and in the station 2. Its very convenient to use this for tranfer. I always use this every time I go to Boracay.
