What a fantastic experience I had learning and making an extremely tasty bowl of ramen where the broth was made by my self. The instructor... the owner of a few ramen restaurants. His restaurants in Japan have been nominated seven times in Japan’s Top 100 Ramen rankings as well with awards from Michelin. His very passionate regarding ramen and could clearly see his passion from teaching his restaurant success to teaching myself the best way to make a ramen broth. Well organised, clearly explained the foods used and easily purchased at home. I had a great time and a gift that keeps on giving with a new recipe to make at home. Oh... the final product.... amazing! Incredibly tasty! Course notes provided to take home so you don't forget a step. Thanks again for a great lesson, a nice momento with personalised chop sticks to take home as well.
Had the best experience ever! Shin & Amir were incredibly funny and made our experience extremely memorable. We got to learn how to make our own tasty ramen, engrave our own chopsticks, and of course, taste the beautiful ramen we made. I am very appreciative that we get to go back home with more culinary knowledge and a deeper appreciation for the Japanese culture. This is the number 1 experience we would recommend if you are in Kyoto. If you want to share a laugh whilst also immersing yourself in the Japanese cooking culture, then this is the experience for you!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We absolutely LOVED this ramen-making class! It was easily one of the most fun and memorable experiences we’ve had in Kyoto. Our lead instructor was AMAZING! She was so friendly, funny, patient, and made the entire experience so much fun from start to finish. She explained everything really well, kept everyone involved, and truly made the class what it was. You could tell she genuinely loved what she was doing, and her energy made the experience even better! Making our own ramen from scratch was such a cool experience, and it tasted amazing too! 🍜 We would 100% recommend this class to anyone visiting Kyoto. If you’re considering booking it, DO IT! Such a fun experience and an awesome memory from our trip to Japan. 🇯🇵❤️
This is such a fun and intimate experience! My husband and I visited and laughed the entire time! Everyone was so kind and the ramen was FANTASTIC! Not only do you walk away with a fun experience making your own ramen, but you also get to make your own engraved chopsticks! If you are in Kyoto - this is a must do experience!!

such a great workshop, we had so much fun! The ramen turned out so so good! Sherry was funny and great! Shin also was very funny and showed a lot of knowledge in ramen making! overall great experience, i recommend!
class was impeccable. chefs English was very good and he guided us through the process in a very fun and didactic way, making us questions and making sure we understood everything. we had a great time and ramen was really delicious. I recommend it.
