🚨 SCAM WARNING: Bait-and-switch & Price Gouging! DO NOT BOOK THIS! After I paid in full, the operator claimed my room was "sold out" and ghosted me until right before departure, forcing me onto a rundown, inferior boat because it was too late to cancel. The price gouging is insane. Once onboard, I found out other passengers paid only 4,480,000 IDR for the EXACT SAME room type! We paid approx. 26,950,000 IDR in total. We were overcharged by >7,370,000 IDR just for the room difference! Klook’s support is useless. I provided other passengers' actual payment receipts as hard proof, but Klook ignored them, blindly believed the operator's lies, and offered a humiliating 500,000 IDR refund to silence me. Klook protects scammers. I have reported them to the Consumer Council and initiated a bank chargeback. Avoid this trap!
