Fantastic
It was very close to the interstate, so access to the sights were easy. Lots of good places to eat too, especially the Market Place diner for breakfast!

We had a great stay. The hotel was clean and everyone was very helpful. There were just a few minor things not working like the ice machines and at one point an elevator. Other than that everything was great

Below average
The hotel was slightly dirty, the air conditioning in my room blew dirty air that caused my throat to kill in the morning. The bed was so hard that I could not sleep and my hip hurt so much that I didn't stay the whole time, I checked out a day early. The couch in my room seemed like it had been thrown up on and it sticky!

Fantastic
The workers were very friendly and inviting. Hotel is only 10 minutes from the Falls. We got the River View Room and the view was very nice. The hotel was very clean as well. No complaints. Would definitely stay again.

Below average
We had ants all over the room, the jacuzzi would turn on on its own after we used it exactly at 2:30 am and at5 am!!!! The ceiling of the bathroom has mold on it. And the pull out couch mat was absolutely horrible my kids literally had to sleep on hard wires.

Good
Bad part of town. They make you pay $10 for parking in their own parking lot. Also, lobby was under construction, very old TV, and mold in the bathroom.

Great
We had a great room as we booked the Riverview suite, and the front desk staff were very polite and nice. My only complaint would be the service in the restaurant for breakfast. We waited almost 15 minutes after being seated just to get our order taken and then another 10 minutes to get just our drinks. There were 3 girls working in the restaurant at the time. When we finally received our breakfast, it was luke warm at best. Paying almost 40 dollars usd, before tip, for cold scrambled eggs and toast is really unacceptable when there were only 4 tables and 11 people in the whole restaurant when we were there. I would definitely stay there again but will not go back to the restaurant.

The room could have been cleaner upon arrival. Besides that the stay was very good and the location on the river was beautiful. The restaurant was really good too.
