Solo stay

Amazing people and exceptional hospitality. They made me feel at home even while I was away from home. Highly recommended! The day spa is excellent. The staff is professional, friendly, and attentive, creating a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. The treatments were outstanding, and every detail was thoughtfully arranged. I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and completely satisfied. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quality spa experience.

The check in and staff was easy and friendly. The rooms were tidy with all the appliances we needed for the weekend. WRm spa pools x 5 were great and restaurant on site was a bonus with nice food. Will return.

This place is the best spot in all of Paihia. Heated pools, raised private level, ocean view, best rooms, great service, beach and playground across the road, easy parking and access, and best price. Once you stay here you never will stay anywhere else but here everytime.. Many thanks. Cheers

Stayed with kids

I had a wonderful stay and was genuinely impressed. The apartment exceeded my expectation, it was even nicer than the photos, and the view was absolutely stunning. Everything was spotless, the staff were warm and welcoming, and the restaurant food was delicious. The location was perfect, with everything close by, and it catered beautifully for my children. The five spa pools were a real highlight, and having a park just across the road was an added bonus. I would also like to give a special mention to Tama, who is truly an incredible asset to your team. My son had been unwell in the car, and as I was alone with two boys, I was feeling quite overwhelmed. Tama noticed this and went above and beyond to help me clean my car and car seats something not many people would offer to do. His kindness and willingness to help meant so much to me. Thank you so much, Tama you truly make this place special.
