Below average
The stay was quite okay: nice view on the fields in a remote location but room was rather primitive and you’re showering and toilet are outside. Also it was quite noisy so we could hear the neighbors and surroundings in the night. The checkin went smooth with someone who could talk properly English but our check-out was terrible…as i triple confirmed a taxi to be canceled and in the end it wasnt..while checking out the manager of the hotel called me on how to deal with this. Please double check your activities/requests as their level of understanding English can be a problem

Everything about the stay was amazing! From the all-star staff to the spotless villa, I was beyond impressed with the quality of the resort (villa, grounds, food, staff, service, etc) for the money. The included breakfast was to die for... definitely get the pancakes! If back in Sideman, I will be at Pelangi.

The villa was so tranquil and clean. It was the best start to my trip. The hotel has limited rooms so it creates an intimacy and level of privacy I haven’t experienced elsewhere. The pool is beautiful and was the perfect temperature. The staff are beyond amazing and helpful - they made the say that much better! The restaurant has some amazing dishes to try!
