Beautiful place to stay. Check in is not easy for those of us who aren't tech savvy, however the girl at the front desk was very patient with us. About a 10 minute walk to Broadway which is worth it for keeping the price lower.

The place was not actually same room as pictures, a bit worn out but the location was good, the rooftop lounge and pool makes up for it. The room itself… carpet stains and sofa. The washer and dryer was nice to have, we did use it. We should have ask for an updated room like in the pictures but we did our check in too late. It’s a huge building some stay there as rents, ask to be on 3 floor where the lounge and pool is. The staff there is nice too. I would consider again staying.

Overall, our stay was excellent, and we would definitely stay here again. The room size, amenities, and price were what sold us. Having a full kitchen, washer and dryer, balcony, and large walk-in closet made it feel more like a brand-new studio apartment than a typical hotel room. I gave 5/5 stars for nearly everything. My only suggestion for improvement is the pre-check-in communication regarding parking. The emails and messages after booking didn’t provide the building access code, and they didn’t clearly explain that parking must be paid for in advance to receive the gate access information. It created a little confusion when we arrived. If that small hiccup is addressed, I think this property will consistently earn 5-star reviews. Overall, it was a great stay, and we’d happily book here again.

The place was not clean when we arrived. The couch had stains on it. Not really any cookware in the kitchen. Not enough bath towels and the amount I spent they could use some new ones. All around disappointed in this place for how much money I spent. Will never stay here again

Its a great place and bigger than hotel rooms which is nice with groups for more room. There is no daily cleaning as its not a hotel but front desk staff during the day would try to provide any help you needed. (Towel, toilet paper, etc) 6-10 minute walk to Broadway.
