Below average First, from the parking garage to get into the lobby was like trying to find a needle in the haystack. Parking was very expensive on top of the high cost of the unit for one evening. Also, I find it weird that we pay all of this money and I have to check myself in and create my own keys. Nothing about this place was like a hotel. The room was nice enough but there were little to no amenities. There was an iron and no ironing board. There hairdryer attachments and no hairdryer. There was only one wash cloth and two towels and not towel to place on the floor in front of the shower. When I asked for these things, they put me in touch with a housekeeper and she couldn't really understand what I was asking for and she asked me why I needed those things. It was just very disorganized to be touted as a hotel. I am not happy with any of it.

Fantastic Great mix of apartment and hotel. Very close to Broadway and the rest of downtown. You can walk everywhere.

Great The room and amenities (pool and fitness area) are great! Free water in the room. The location is central for most downtown or Broadway adventures. My only complaint was the check-in. Instead of a person, it's a kiosk, and when I came in, there were 2 other people trying to check in, and we were all struggling. (No one over 40 yrs old btw) Thought I got through it, but the key I self-programmed didn't work, so back down the elevator. You can text a phone number to get more assistance, and once the person came, they programmed keys for those of us waiting, and we were on our way. Just a frustrating way to start out.

Great The size of the suite was good. Having a washer and dryer was brilliant. Great location and the balcony had a great view. Pool area was lovely with lots of shade.
Minus: It was the most expensive of all our US accommodation by a lot. We had 3 days in Nashville and the only day that had good pool weather disappointingly the pool was closed! They had allowed a group (mostly non hotel guests) to have a huge party the day before and they obviously smashed lots of glasses before being asked to leave. Unfortunately it appeared no attempt to clean it up was made which frustrated a large number of guests.

Good Couldn't get the wifi to work at first and kept going off. My son and DIL were staying in another unit and had to help each day to reconnect the wifi. Nobody told us the code for the elevator, learned it from other guests. Could have been a bit more clean. The safe stopped working after the first day and I didn't know how to fix it. Only 2 bath towels for 4 days, should have more towels. Front desk staff very unfriendly and unhelpful.
Great location.
Lots of bars, restaurants etc within walking distance and a quick Uber or Waymo into Broadway.
