Really enjoyable stay. Staff were very good, particularly Alejandro who went out of his way many times. Great tv in the room, comfortable beds, rooftop pool, excellent breakfast. Only problem we had was the room was small (comfort room) and not much space to place any items where normally you would. Also, the wardrobe was like a child's climbing frame.

Lovely big room, good breakfast selection. Good bar and reasonably priced drinks and food. Located a bit away from the historic area but the area is beautiful and there is a bus stop right outside. Buses were frequent, clean and easy to use. It only took about 10 mins to get into the centre and the route was a good way to view the area. Great roof top pool and bar.

Clean room and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Convenient parking but charges by the hour. Would be great if they offer a flat rate for staying guests.

Pool not open in 38 degree heat which was disappointing but understand they have seasons. Breakfast was ok. Location not great but bus stops right outside with one every 15 minutes. Clean and reasonable hotel.

The lady at the reception was very helpful, she helped us book some tickets for a coach home that was all on a Spanish website and didn’t translate. The hotel itself, was good, finishing was so so, the handle on the disabled wall bars were loose, but didn’t need them so not terrible. The grates on the floor in the shower were a little patchy, so made sure to shower with the kids to avoid any accidents. The 19 bus going from outside was ideal into town.

Booked this hotel primarily for the swimming pool which was closed. We received no notification of this and was disappointing. Paying for the car park on top of the room stay was also irritating and having to retain the ticket to get out of the car park. Staff were lovely.
