The hotel staff were very welcoming from the second you arrived at the property. The airline lost our luggage & the staff helped me look after everything. The pictures were real & matched reality for the rooms. Everything you could need is a stones throw from the hotel. I would definitely stay here again! I cannot say enough about the incredible staff!

I had a fantastic stay at Tempo by Hilton Times Square and would absolutely stay here again. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Times Square while still feeling comfortable and secure. The views were amazing and made the stay even more memorable. The hotel was spotless, modern, and beautifully designed. Everything felt clean, fresh, and well maintained. I traveled with my child, and we had a wonderful experience. The room was comfortable, we both slept great, and we didn’t have any issues during our stay. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and I really appreciated the security measures. Key cards are required to access the elevators and guest areas, which made us feel safe throughout our stay. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. Between the excellent location, beautiful rooms, cleanliness, comfort, and security, I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.

Fantastic

Stayed with friends

We were very impressed with the Tempo Hotel! It is exceptionally clean, well organized and has a very modern, contemporary esthetic. It is easy to navigate the elevators with all of the help of the very friendly staff. It is centrally located to Times Square and Uber could easily drop off and pick up.

Hotel was in a great location. Nice rooms that felt clean. The staff was super friendly with the exception of the restaurant staff who was sort of rude to us when we purchased dessert one night. Otherwise very nice place to stay.
