Fantastic Excellent stay. Staff so helpful. We stayed in the junior suite - the bed was so nice comfortable and clean. Near great places to eat. Didn’t eat at the hotel, next time definitely will. Pool looked lovely. The fridge actually worked, which I’ve not found in many hotels that would keep things cold. Oh the shower was huge both hand held and shower head- I cinder that a Blessing. It’s just somewhere ya really want to stay.

Great Loved the retro pool area and the whole vibe. Great location as you walk across the street to The Island with lots of restaurants, rides and shops.

Good The place was slightly sketchy. People hanging out outside their doors smoking and drinking. Every time we would come and go the place was inundated with cigarette smoke. Maybe this was due to price point. That area is a high tourist area..

Great The front desk staff and restaurant staff for the most part were friendly and helpful. Disappointed on the last day there on Monday about 8:30 pm. Went to the bar area and no one to take our order. No one in the restaurant or at the pool bar. Finally got the desk clerk's attention. He went to get someone but still waited. Left and went to a nearby restaurant instead. Pool and hot tub were also nice but be prepared for unsupervised children. Even in the hot tub. I would suggest only allowing adults 18 and over in the hot tub to avoid kids using it as a small pool. Also suggest requiring swim diapers on babies and toddlers for sanitary reasons. Location definitely has a motel vibe. Not the vibe the website portrays.

Below averageStayed with family
I wish I would have googled the hotel to read reviews before booking. The hotel has potential because the theme and decor could be so fun, and the lobby is beautiful.. but unfortunately the rooms themselves are grungy and old/cheap feeling, and need repairs. The ceiling was peeling and the air didn’t work well. I didn’t sleep because of how hot I was at night. The clientele was a little “interesting”. There were people smoking cigarettes right outside of the rooms on the 2nd floor, the people that were at the pool with the day pass (that weren’t hotel guests) seemed out of place considering this is marketed as a family hotel. There were tons of kids running around and yelling outside of our room at midnight and again at 6:30am. Just wasn’t what I was expecting based on the photos and the website. The pool and hot tub close too early IMO considering it’s outdoors in the strip. The inside bar also closes early compared to the hours of surrounding businesses. Not enough parking for actual hotel guests outside of the rooms. Would have loved to swim after dinner across the street at the Island. Very close to The Island and other attractions.
