King Deluxe City View · 2 Adults · 1 Nights

My room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed with comfortable bedding. It’s located near SM and it's convenient so I was able to get a great night’s sleep while still being within easy reach of Baguio’s main attractions. Even for a short overnight visit, it felt luxurious and relaxing. I’d definitely consider staying here again!

One of the lady front desk staffs was not very helpful and not knowledgeable. She gave different instructions from the other staffs which we need to correct and caused confusion. She kept saying that we need to pay extra breakfast for our 2 year old also which the policy says 3 and below is free. Not as nice as you see on tiktok. It is warm in the hallway.Weird because they don't want us to use the minifridge. The only hotel i have ever been who doesn't want to plug in the fridge. But we had a very great housekeeper whose name is Lester. He was very organized which we appreciate it.

The hotel is in a convenient area and the room was spacious. Everything was in good working order, though I was surprised that the TV wasn’t a smart TV so you’re limited to basic cable channels. In 2026, most travelers expect built-in streaming options. Hopefully they can upgrade soon.
