- Please inform The Mustang Blu in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.- Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.- In accordance with government guidelines to minimize transmission of the coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information during dates where such guidelines exist.- It is not possible to stay at this property for coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes.- A damage deposit of THB 1,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed upon checkout. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. - Please note that the visitors or friends' guests can come to the lobby only. They are not allowed to go inside the room or upstairs.- We limit only 2 persons/room.- We strictly prohibit sexual, nude, lingerie, commercial product, commercial review, portfolio for models or photographers, and pre-wedding photo shooting in all hotel areas. Unless authorized by the owner only For contact about professional shooting, please kindly direct the message to us.- All setup items are for decorations only; do not move anything. Lost or damaged items or any stains on items and furniture in the room will be charged.- Do not smoke cigarettes and marijuana (weed) in the room. (Fine 5,000 THB)- We do not allow any person who isn't a hotel guest to go upstairs.- We do not allow special events or parties in all hotel areas.- Our building is an old structure, so please be gentle and don’t make a loud noise at night.- Pets are not allowed.- Guests are required to show a photo identification and a credit card upon check-in. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability, and additional charges may apply.
