The whole place smelled like cigarette smoke, the reception area was a mess and not welcoming. The hotel rooms were being renovated and the crew tried walking into our room twice not knowing it was occupied. When I asked for “do not disturb” door signs, they stated they didn’t have any and ended up marking our door with an X with blue painters tape. Questionable man hanging out in the parking lot by our car. The room however was clean and the beds were comfortable.

The room was bare; the electricity breakers would flip if I had the lights and tv on at the same time. The sink had an active leak and leaked onto my bag when I brushed my teeth. There was loud fighting from other rooms. I was staying there after escaping from a domestic violence situation at home and was very triggered. Chose not to stay for the entire stay I was scheduled to be there. Staff was very friendly and wanted to be helpful however they could, but they can only do so much. The room was clean, but its condition was concerning.

The staff was rude and paid little attention to details.
The room felt neglected. No cabinet doors on the kitchenette cabinet and rust on all fixtures in the bathroom...gross.
Large black spot on the ceiling above the kitchenette.
Won't be visiting any time soon.
Staff was rude
