The roof garden is a good spot to catch the sunrise and sunset but take note that it is also an approved smoking area. There is a potential hazard of falling from height from seats that are placed to the wall in case some chiildren play and climb up there. Room wise, the soundproofing is almost non-existent. Just wish that your neighbours do not make too much noises, talk too loud or lower the TV volume
