Location is great! Near Red Garden Food Paradise (one-stop shop for local eats) and a Beryl’s outlet (for pasalubongs and sweet tooth cravings). Despite being in George Town with a lot of tourists and a night life, the area is still quiet. Breakfast does not have much variety though, but can still fill you up.

My overall experience with the hotel was great. There was a slight inconvenience due to tax dues, but this was solely because of Klook. Their rates already included the Malaysian tourist tax; however, they couldn't provide a receipt for it, and the hotel requested one. As a result, I was charged again at the hotel, and it took Klook 4 days to resolve the issue despite repeated follow-ups. On a lighter note, the hotel serves a good breakfast, the facilities are clean, and the location is convenient – you can easily walk to Georgetown's tourist spots.

Very nice modern hotel located near the city center. Near to Chulia St food night market. 1 block away from the famous Blue House. Laundry shop is just a few steps away if you want to do your laundry by yourself. Clean rooms although a bit small but the bathroom is huge! Would definitely stay there again when we go back to Penang.
