Parking is terrible. Must park a couple of blocks away , pay extra for the parking (at least 45 per day), and then the parking is carpet parking at that (required) with rude valet attendants. They don’t have a gym or fitness center. Room is kind of small but not bad. It’s clean. Good beds. Decent air conditioning but not great. Incredible location with amazing view of 911 memorial and new one World Trade Center. It might be worth all the troubles I noted just for the amazing location and view.

I had to ask for toilet paper. Understandable the shower provided lukewarm water temperature. Long wait to get served at the onsite restaurant for breakfast after being seated. Staff was excellent. Amenities lacking. Especially for the cost of the rooms. Location was great. Take a note from the Hilton Canopy in Portland Maine. Appreciated the amenities provided and a gift bag of water at checkin.

Centrally located hotel. The staff were very professional, attentive and helpful. I stay at this hotel at least once or twice a year. The only issue was i always request for a quieter room but for the last visits my husband and i were always placed at a noisy floor and area which was disappointing. I understand my request also depends on availability but i also know staff has the ability to assign you to better floors.

I researched for hours trying to find the perfect stay for our family trip to Boston and I really found it. The location of Canopy Hilton couldn’t have been better. Right next to Notrth End and amazing food and within walking distance of just about everything! We even walked to Harvard campus and took the T back. Our only Uber was to Fenway for a game. Quincy and Public markets are right next door. Staff was absolutely fantastic. This is an urban environment with lots of traffic, sirens and honking, but we loved it. The only issue we had with the hotel was the obnoxiously loud workout place in the same building as Canopy that started blasting beats early every morning. We were on the second floor so we could have moved to another room, but we just dealt with it. Probably wouldn’t have been an issue if we were not do close, but if we stay again, we will stay on the other side of the building. Overall, we loved our stay and staff coild not have done better!

Nice hotel, great location. Room was clean and shower good. It was nice to have a restaurant on site. One night my husband got the Caesar salad with added shrimp. He got 4 medium shrimp for $11 which thought was pretty pricey. The check in was good. Interesting that the address is listed on Blackstone, the front door is not.
