Good You have to valet for $50 a day. Kids were running around unsupervised while we were there.

Nice property, just off of the expressway with ample security and basically mandatory valet. Be patient with valet staff and recommend tipping them. Uber ride to all of the bars down Broadway is only about seven or eight dollars. Not bad. Lots of fun. Highly recommend for a stay in Nashville on a budget.

I have never stayed at a Marriott property where rooms were not serviced daily. When I inquired as to why my room was not serviced, they said they only cleaned every other day. On the second day, when my room was not cleaned upon my return in the late afternoon, they called for service and we had to vacate our room, so service could be performed.
They also charge an exorbitant fee for parking and the valets were extremely non responsive. On top of the $50+ parking, every time I called for my vehicle, they expected to be tipped, stating the average tip was almost $8. That was absolutely not happening, when we were coming and going 3-4 per day!
Very disappointed with this property. It was convenient to where I needed to be, but otherwise very disappointing for a Marriott!

Location was fair. Could get to most events timely. What I didnt care for was the attitudes of some staff members. Mainly Valet attendant and 1 desk associate. We didnt feel natural courtesies were met. Valet is too small and congested and over prized for the service you get. Customer had to wait in the driveway area for their vehicles. Just a mess and kids were in harms way as well. We were there 4th of July weekend

I’m going to start with the location. The location was perfect and in a good spot close enough to Broadway. That was a plus! The valet parking was a little much and too pricy for a weekend stay $50 per night was a little too much. Check in was a breeze. I called and was told that I could check in early at 1PM but people in my party were able to check in at 11/12 so that was a bit disappointing. Now in to the hotel itself. The place looked new but needs to really be cleaned. To start, this is a pet friendly hotel. And with knowing that I was not thinking that every single room would be a pet room. Well every single room was considered and had occupied a pet before. The carpets in the hallway leading to the rooms were more than filthy. My room had two gigantic stains of some sort on the carpet. They wanted me to switch rooms so someone could come shampoo the carpets but why wasn’t that done prior. The linen on the bed had what looked like smeared blood stains on them. Took the blanket to the front desk and they sent the housekeeper coordinator to switch out all of the linen on both our beds. He confirmed that the housekeeper for that floor is always rushing when cleaning . They had to send someone to even vacuum our floor the first day upon checking in. There was even what appeared to be pet poop in the hallway on the carpet. Great hotel location but cleanliness is very much lacking. All of this was mentioned to front desk check in staff. Please clean this place so it’s better

The stay was great. The room was very nice. The third party valet was great as well. Hopefully, I will have time for the Weber experience. The location is about a mile from Broadway. Short drive, but because of the Holiday, traffic was horrible. Still a nice stay at the hotel.
