Below average The sheets had sand in it, super dirty. Only reserve if you need a place to crash.

GoodSolo stay
This hotel is a small off brand hotel that is an old building. The pictures make it look nicer than it actually is. The chair in my room had a huge stain on it and although the room looked clean, it did not feel clean. Windows were dirty and overall the hotel felt old. For the price in Newport Beach, it works but you need to lower your expectations.

GreatStayed with partner
This was a great little find. Such a great price for the location, across the street from the beach. Wood flooring throughout and clean. We didn't use the pool but it was nice (a bit small but fine.). We had a view of the ocean through buildings. Our bed was comfortable. We were able to ride our e-bikes up to Huntington Beach and down to Balboa. There is a great restaurant next door, Eat Chow. Our check in was simple and parking was a breeze. Keep in mind that it was an early June Monday night. I was able to use the outdoor shower to rinse off my beach stuff. I will stay here again!

GoodStayed with partner
pros: location x3, plenty o parking ($30 though), ambient noise reduction sleeping speaker w different (to help sleep when you have noisy neighbors playing spanish shows as per last night), large smart tv, lobby water filtration system for refilling drinking water, working ice machine
cons: very thin walls (can hear other guests taling and watching tv), sloppy quality control (at checkin we had no creamer/sugar/stirrers for coffee, no batteries or cover on tv remote), one bed side table, towels leave cloth balls on skin after a shower, stains and nicks on walls
2.5 stars (could be 3-stars if quality control and a few improvements were made)

Below averageStayed with friends
We stayed here for one night cause I had an event to attend the next morning and we don't live nearby. First, the 30 dollar parking was insane and there was huge trucks double parked so we were lucky to squeeze in somewhere.
Second the room was missing a nightstand and a lightbulb, I had to move the bed because one of the lights was unplugged and considering we only had one other light with a lightbulb, we needed it, no tissues, half a roll of toilet paper with no refill and there were no cups for the coffee machine.
My friend met up with us cause she had a little too much to drink so we asked if we could upgrade the room if there was one available with 2 beds (mind you this was around midnight). There was, but then I showed the front desk attendant the photos of everything wrong with our room and ask if he could at least comp her parking and he said no. So then I asked if he could at least make sure the room had all it's parts and tissues and enough TP for 3 people (2 of them being women). It was better except, he gave us 1 cup for 3 people and we were still missing a light bulb. The pumps for the shower toiletries were broken. The hospitality was definitely lacking. The only thing about this place that is worth staying is that it is conveniently located to the beach and near venues and restaurants. But for the price and parking fee I'm sure you can find a better place.

Beds in the standard room not big enough. Also my coffee pods were not restocked and no creamer or sugar was provided. Lounge is does not provide anything but coffee and tea. $30 parking fee per night was pretty excessive also.

Not well kept. I’ve stayed at motels better than this. The beddings were extremely worn and balled up. Mattress is spring and not comfortable. Bathroom lights are half working. Roku tv not even connected to internet. Safe to say will not return.

You have to pay for parking $30 a day, no cups in the room for coffee, rooms are dirty, the mattress was put on upside down with the plastic, Fire alarm came on at 5am the whole building woke up in a panic and it was a false alarm.
Denny the girl at the front desk had a attitude and was racist. They also damaged my car and are not responsible for it and they will not give me the video who damaged it. Worst experience ever!!!
