We were beyond impressed by this hotel’s hospitality and welcoming atmosphere. The welcome drink in the garden was so relaxing after traveling all morning. The evening appetizers were appreciated and delicious. The room was spotless and beautiful. It has a safe in the room if you choose to use one(we did). We did not have any issues in the 2 nights we stayed and reception and the garden waiters were so kind and welcoming. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would return here again.

Hotel was fine, clean and the breakfast lovely. The afternoon nibbles were a bonus, a much needed sit down after a busy day exploring! Our canal view room, whilst correct we could see the canal from one window, however to see the pretty view with a bridge you needed to climb on the chair! This was 3rd floor. No separate shower, had to climb in a bath which was a little slippy. Bed was solid, not the best nights sleep, but equally not the worst… Most the staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful, very attentive with help with drinks and breakfast. Just one was a tad grumpy, would rather we didn’t ask questions, but did answer and helped with info for bus to airport. Location was good, near the train and outside of the main hussle bussle but only 20 mins walk and soon navigated our way without getting lost! Overall a pleasant stay!

Walkable from train station, very helpful and courteous staff, although had to ding a star for not responding to messages via the hotels app. Very nice hotel, shower stall config was a little weird, but would stay again.
