The staff was amazing. Near the central historic district.

No AC or it was not very good. Room small

We stayed for two days at the Hotel Serrano, which was nice and clean. The receptionist was kind and helpful. The hotel is safe and located in a good area near the station.

Convenient for arrival by train

I stayed during somewhat chilly nights... The A/C in the whole building was not turned on until a couple of days later. According to the staff, that's normal procedure when the weather is chilly outside—slept with the window open. The room was extremely hot and stuffy. When it got hot outside, the A/C was finally turned on. Other than that, the room and the hotel were great. Modern, clean, and spacious. Nicely finished decor and very comfortable. The hotel staff was very pleasant. The location was amazing. Not in the historical center but adjacent. Beautiful area with lots of restaurants, outdoor cafes, parks, and very safe to walk around day/night. The train station is a couple of blocks away, easy in/out of Granada.

Room and bathroom small but OK for a couple of nights. Place clean. Hanging space for clothes OK. Staff helpful. Good location.

Close to bus terminal and tourist attractions. Can get amazing churros in 5 mins walk

Small room, yes, but was plenty of space for me as a solo traveler with a backpack. Very clean, well maintained, comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and hospitable. Felt very comfortable and safe as a solo female traveler in her 20s. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk from the Mosque-Cathedral, and the area seems very safe and well lit. Would highly recommend!
