Below average I payed for a room and the guy had it rented to somebody else when I got there after I paid I was forced to walk a block away with a suitcase being disabled

The property is not good value at roughly 140$ a night. Room was just large enough for queen bed. Older complex and not close to restaurants. It’s a motel not a hotel as well. Owner (?) is friendly but the price and pictures imply a nicer establishment.
