cleanliness: I was disappointed when arriving the first day as the bathroom wasn't throughly cleaned. But on the 2nd day, the cleaner staff was a different person and he was meticulously in cleaning the bedroom and bathroom. The foods for breakfast was awesome.

Staff are nice, friendly and accomodating. Breakfast buffet is delicious. Room is a bit dirty and I hope they improve it, surrounding is not a safe as it was known to be dangerous. If you’re just looking for somewhere to sleep and cheap this one is for you. But if comfort and luxury, look for a different one.

I've been staying here several times as my mother is a patient of nearby hospital. The location is good especially if you're a patient or family of patients of Harapan Kita and Dharmais hospitals. I got my favorite room the other day. Wifi is quite okay, not that strong but not weak as well. Room and bedroom are quite clean. The hot water shower is running well. The complementary tea and coffee are complete for 2 guests. I can watch HBO and Cinemax channels. The breakfast was okay. The only thing I don't like is the view because it's basically sewer view 🤣. But i close my window curtains all the time so it's fine I guess. Staffs were nice and helpful. They even give my mother extra water when she needs one. Thank you for your hospitality.
