TV is quite outdated. Nothing to watch and boring to stay inside the room. but the facilites such as jacuzzi, pool, and gym are great. location is very convenient. the parking is very narrow. we used pick up and had to turn back and forth going to ramp. it is better to bring compact car.

Stayed here for the....nth time. Chose to celebrate my birthday here, staff allowed an early/pre registration coz we had to catch a movie, they even put our laggage in our room so we just had to get our keycard when we went back. Prime22 was so generous so give me a comple cake. Will always go back.

The parking within the hotel is not spacious enough for big cars. The room was very clean, service was good. There were many food options in the buffet breakfast. There was a shuttle service to and from Edsa Shangri la hotel hence going to my event was pretty easy.

Stayed here several times already and its always been greaaaat! But for this particular stay, Rm1201 the AC wasnt working properly. it was hot no matter how we adjust the temp.both living area and bedroom. closed doors in restroom and bedroom with the hopes it would be cooler but still hot. we were sooo tired and sleepy from my son's bday party we couldnt afford to have ACs checked that would probably take long we would checkout the next day anyway. but thats all, just the AC and the rest was still good.

Strategically the location of hotel is superb, it is just across podium and a few walk to other establishments. The room is clean and spacious, i had a wonderful sleep. However, the TV needs an upgrade, its not a smart TV yet. The pool is freezing cold its hard to enjoy.
