Amazing experience. We got a free room upgrade—the 2BR was massive! Front-desk constantly checked if our experience was good. The breakfast buffet also included the food selection we love. Location is likewise superb as it is within CBD.

I had a pleasant stay at Astoria Plaza Ortigas this September. As a welcome surprise, I was upgraded from a one-bedroom unit to a spacious two-bedroom unit, which I truly appreciated. The unit was comfortable and well-maintained, although some areas are starting to show their age and could benefit from a refresh. The location is excellent and very convenient for getting around Ortigas. One area for improvement would be the food service. I ordered room service, but unfortunately the meal arrived cold. Parking can also be challenging, as the spaces are quite tight and there may be some waiting time before a slot becomes available. Valet parking is offered, but I personally prefer self-parking. Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations, and I noticed a significant improvement compared to my previous experiences. The room upgrade, convenient location, and comfortable accommodations made for an enjoyable visit. I would happily stay here again.

The room is nice and the location is very accessible. Though the pool was under maintenance, kids just stayed in the room.

We had a really great stay at Astoria. There was a slight issue on the breakfast buffet pax upon our check in but the staff handled it very well and professional. The rooms are really clean and their complimentary breakfast buffet had a wide variety of dishes. All their staff are polite and approachable which made our stay wonderful. Will definitely come back for another staycation.

The lobby and the hallway is outdated but the room is clean and cozy. Elevator is slow, but the staff are helpful and friendly. Took a while to checkout but my family had fun overall.
