Great

Stayed with kids

Had a lovely stay, but definitely a step down from the other resorts nearby that we have stayed at previously. Whole place is a bit bit tired and maintenance is not good. We had a toilet roll holder that was loose and kept falling apart in our room. Pools have inumerable tiles coming off constantly and they are occasinally stuck back on with a waterproof adhesive. Breakfsat is fairly good, but again not a patch on what we have experienced elsewhere and as a big flag to any one who loves their pork/bacon- the hotel and all restaurants are HALAL, and beef is substituted for pork (quite a shock TBH in a predominantly Hindu island). Staff generally very friendly and helpful (especially at the Tamarind) but poolside service pretty much non-existent- there are little electronic belles to press but we did not find one that functioned to summon an attendant in 6 days. Hot tip is that the pizza from Tamarind is outstanding and a Marherita i available on request (including poolside- you might just need to go in to order it!)

Nice atmosphere for relaxed ppl to unwind. Not a party place, and it is situated inside well maintained gated area. Plenty of weddings arranged here in the area but not so noisy as to keep you up late, rather serve as entertainment along the beach walkway. Quick 5min ride to serious shopping district and local center Recommended!

The sprawling property is dated and needs renovations. Our room was fraught with damage needing three calls to management to address. On our first night, the airconditioning unit was leaking onto the hallway floor and bathroom entrance. Then we noted leak from commode that caused malodorous residual smell in the room. All of the above were fixed and we received profuse apologies from managers. It was an unnecessary inconvenience if the rooms were well maintained. Otherwise, breakfast buffet was superb and varied. The pool and spa were quite nice and catered to families and a separate quiet area for adults. It is well situated on the beachfront. The beach area could use sprucing as it was dirty after high tide.

This is an interesting place as a hotel it was beautifully maintained, room was dated but still not an issue it was cleaned nice the staff was very nice and the pools and the tamarind restaurant was nice especially the lunch menu the breakfast was great, however where I feel it lacks is presenting the activities they have, I felt like I really had to dig around to find out what they activities they had and they are all paid so expect to spend for the dance and dinner they have I think every night. I would say you’re paying for the beach access which is nice but one thing you should know it’s from 1-2pm and onward the low tide completely takes away the water from that beach so if you want a dip best time is before noon. I would stay here again as I can’t compare to other hotels/resorts in Nusa dua. But aside from a regular hotel experience there isn’t much unless you open your wallet. 4/5 stars I would say this property is very beautiful and every angle you look it’s gorgeous and the beach access is amazing so for that I would recommend!

The hotel room we had would need to be renovated occasionally. In the bathroom it didn't always smell so good from the syphons. On the other hand, the squirrels who visited us every day on the balcony were cute.

We stayed at Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa for almost a month and had the most incredible experience. From the moment we arrived, the Hotel Manager welcomed us with such warmth and kindness, setting the tone for a truly special stay. The BEST stay! The location is unbeatable — beautiful beachfront grounds, lush gardens, and a stunning walking path connecting nearby resorts in Nusa Dua, perfect for morning or sunset walks. The resort is spacious, well maintained, and offers so many fun activities that really enhance the experience. The on-site restaurants were also excellent, especially the Japanese and Mexican restaurants — consistently top-quality meals. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional hospitality from every staff member. A special shoutout to the wonderful ladies in the Kintamani Lounge — Kintam, Firma, Dayu, Ratih, Dina, and Thrisna — always so warm, kind, and welcoming, making us feel at home every day. A very special mention to Awen, my yoga instructor, whose classes were fun, engaging, and uplifting — honestly the best yoga experience I’ve ever had. Dipa also deserves recognition for taking such great care of our room daily — always spotless, fresh, and comfortable. The men at the Lobby Bar were also so lovely, friendly, and welcoming, adding to the relaxed atmosphere. Every staff member contributed to making our stay unforgettable. We will absolutely return when we’re back in Bali.

We were situated near some construction so it was a little loud during the day. Absolutely beautiful setting. The breakfast was amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

A beautiful hotel in a stunning and quiet location - definitely a great place to go and switch off. As with a lot of places these days - it's a race in the morning to get a sunbed and the hotel could do more to stop those people who leave a towel down all day and then don't use the bed until late - this was a little frustrating as the pool is a really nice area to be, but there was always space at the beach. The beach is protected by an outer reef and therefore the sea is only deep enough to swim when at high tide, but it is crystal clear at low tide and great to paddle in and safe for children. The rooms are well airconditioned and Wifi was good across the whole property. The furniture in our rooms was dated but in good condition. We had a garden room which meant it was very quiet and shielded from the sun compared to the rooms that overlook the pool. We opted for room only as it is expensive to eat on site but the quality of the food is really good, especially at Maguro - but you need to book. Tamarind is lovely to eat at on the beach with the cool sea breeze. There is a local laundry (google and you can chat with them via Whatsapp) who will collect and deliver your clothes back for a fantastic price compared to the hotel. The staff at the hotel were so friendly and helpful, honestly couldn't fault them. We did the photoshoot experience as well - warning, check the prices before you do it. It's sad to get to the end and see amazing pictures and then see the prices!
