Great location to Waitomo Caves. Beautiful rural orchard/ gardens for the garden lovers. Spa was a bonus. Very friendly host. Communal breakfast set up creating engagement between other guests. Harley and Jack (residence dogs) happy to welcome guests. We enjoyed our own private kitchen/ ensuite. Parking can be a bit tight when full.

Very lovely, secluded place with a wonderful view. There were rooms available in the house with shared bathrooms, but we selected one off to the side of the house with its own private entrance and bathroom. The host was very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic The place was fantastic, really good location, very comfortable with good views. Had some minor challenges finding the right room but that was only because I walked past the signs without reading them properly on the way in. Highly recommend.

Fantastic Fantastic spot. Expedia said was wheelchair accessible which we managed as not level entry.
As an able body I would recommend absolutely.

Reviewing for a group of 3. We stayed in the family room for 1 night while visiting the nearby glow worm caves. We had a great stay. Only about 10 minutes from the caves. The property is situated on a hill, and the patio right outside our room had spectacular views of the surrounding region/mountains. Room was spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet at night. Bathroom was spacious as well. Small kitchenette had a few items as well including electric kettle, tea, coffee. Complementary breakfast was continental and definitely a plus; had everything we needed for a long day. Was nice to meet the owner Trevor as well as his dogs who can be seen around the property. Would stay here again.
