Room clean. Food, drinks and staff very good. A/C SO loud, I had to turn it off to sleep, then woke up sweating, ugh. Rooms need soundproofing, very noisy from hallway and other rooms. Woman talking so loud for over an hour from neighboring room around 6 am. Pool area is set up nicely. Lots of trouble checking in and out. Apparently Expedia didnt send the reservation to them. I did only book 3 hrs prior but it took a long time to resolve with them and Expedia. Then when checking out, they were charging me full rate and we had to go all through it again.

Overall experience and accommodations were positive. We plan to return to the area within the next 3-6 months and plan stay at this property again, due to it’s convenient location. We hope to see improvements in the areas described below. We enjoyed breakfast in the hotel’s restaurant. The cost was a bit steep (for breakfast), but we anticipated that and so we weren’t surprised. The food was good, the presentation was appealing and the serving size plentiful. Our waitress was welcoming and attentive. I requested my eggs scrambled “soft” - they missed the mark on the “soft” part, but it was not a big deal. Next time we visit we will skip the coffee; we found it to be bitter. The front staff was welcoming and helpful. When I requested bottled water, they gave it to me with a smile. We had 3 separate reservations, but only received the complimentary water in our room for the first reservation. We requested housekeeping each day. One day, they placed the iron on its side and water ran out over the table. There are no cups in the room to put water in the iron. Housekeeping did not wipe down surfaces or put the correct number of towels/wash cloths in the room. We had to keep asking for them (4-day stay). The shower did not drain properly. Each day, there was standing water that pooled in the corner. The was comfortable, but it creaked when you sat down on it or turned, which disturbed our sleep. The door to exit the toilet was missing the handle.

The hotel was clean, the room was beautiful but unfortunately the walls are so paper thin. I heard every single thing next door. You really do need to speak quietly and it was frustrating trying to sleep.

Best coffee we have ever had in a hotel lobby! We liked the uniqueness of it. The pool is very small and crowded. I do wish they offered two queen size beds versus two full-size beds. There is room for two queens in the room. Bar area was nice. Staff is very friendly.

Staff friendly and helpful several times. Good food in restaurant. Comfortable HVAC.

Our stay was amazing. Everyone was super friendly and helpful with any questions or needs we had. Shout out to Ryan at the front desk for always having a smile on his face a hello every time he saw you

The room was clean and spacious, it was a little loud but that is probably because the building seems to be an old factory but it’s ok it gives it character. Overall very nice hotel and great stay would definitely come back.

Staff and location are great. I’ve stayed at this hotel 5 times and each time has been great

All staff were courteous and helpful. Chic rooms and everything was super clean! We had a great stay!
